The Founder
Nicholas Tsontakis founded Dwellboldly in November of 2015 to contribute to the rich architectural history of Phoenix and its surrounding cities. He is a second generation architect with contemporary architecture flowing through his veins.

Maricopa County continues to grow at a rapid pace, its cities receive an influx of ideas and cultures everyday; fresh, innovative ideas combine with older ones and richer cities emerge. Dwellboldly creates architecture inspired by Phoenix's past and combines it with an optimistic view for tomorrow.
